Returns & Refunds
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date if merchandise meets the following guidelines:
All merchandise must be unworn. Any shoes with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted or exchanged.
Your return/exchange should contain the undamaged shoe box and original packaging.
Your return should be shipped to us in its original packaging. Any shoes returned with postage on the original shoe box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Your shipping label should be applied to your original packaging only. If your return is sent to us without its original packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
Shoes marked as final sale and gift cards are not returnable.
